In the beginning, I was like you may be now; weary. I decided to try them because they provided a 40 day money back guarantee with all of their plans so I figured I had nothing to lose... Now I have been with Wesfed Hosting for nearly 6 months and they have been amazing. I've yet to experience any downtime; but they have a deal that if you do experience downtime, they will pay you! So I don't have to worry about anything in that area.

As for the support, excellent. They are available on chat about 15 hours out of the day, however their support ticket system is way above average. I usually receive a reply to support tickets within 10 minutes, and they are so knowledgeable and informative in their replies, they usually solve my questions in a single reply!

The plans are great, I couldn't imaging spending any less for the amount of professionalism they provide with each of their web hosting plans. They take care of their customers. I look forward to riding out the rest of my website's life with Wesfed Hosting. Simply perfect.
