"5 months ago I decided to upgrade my hosting service because I was receiving a huge amount of traffic(on my view )

I purchased their dedicated server adminstration service.

After this time I can say that:

Response time, Rate: 9,5 of 10

They are extremly fast.Seriously, always there is someone to support it, or for to calm down if you are in troubles with your FTP or DNS or this kind of stuff.

Resolved requests, Rate: 10 of 10

I just can say , perfect. They always resolve my problems or my requests.

Reliability, Rate: 10 of 10

I think 10 tickets on 5 months tell how reliability they are.
100% my site has been online.

Server Rate 9 of 10

it is a pentium 4 and no problem with 400 or 500 users online and 30.000-50.000 per day."
