We had an agreement that they would provide me with a service of unlimited space and bandwidth for 1 year. I paid the account in full for 1 year. I still have 2+ months on that agreement. Service switched to lowest Tier service (Business Class) and being billed for another year starting this month. Numerous e-mails/chats later no resolution.
