Umbra Hosting Reviews

I just thought i'd offer my recommendation to anyone who is interested in/or looking for a good web hosting company.

I currently use United Hosting and i can tell you that their level of support is literally second to none! I had an issue just now, i sent a support ticket at 4.23am. I got a automated response at 4.24am and then i received a personalised response to my issue at 4.26am. Now i understand its hardly peak time and the guy probably had nothing else to do at that time, but they certainly do offer 24 hour support. This isnt just a one off either. So hats off in my opinion to this company.

I'm not sure about pricing etc. I am sure there are cheaper deals out there but for the support alone, you cant go wrong!

Detailed review: Even though I havent been with them long enough to say they have no downtime, I thought I would let you know my thoughts.
First off, they were the only ones to really answer all my pre sale questions and quickly, at that. Second they respond fast as I needed to know some information about setting up on my new host as its a bit different than my old one who used hsphere. I havent had any issues with any of my scripts, which is really nice.
I havent had any downtime and my pages seem to load fast. So far I am quite impressed and would encourage anyone looking for a new host to talk with them.


Pros: They offer shared, VPS, dedicated which is nice, have very quick response time for support, live chat, good uptime and lots of features.
Cons: Dont have any as of right now
