We tried to cancel our existing account at UH Hosting. It was NOT EASY, and EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!
It took more than a month, and a couple of emails sent to get rid of them.
Finally, on 28th April, James Smith replied from the Sales Team, let me quote him:

Repeating your pathetic legal threat has annoyed me. (...)

Will you now piss off.
