I started out on their Starter Plan and the moved on to the Basic Plan which I think is very good value. Performance is great and as good as some of the more expensive host I have used in the past. Support is always available, at least when I needed them. They are very helpful in solving my problems. My site has never experienced any downtime. The only issue is uploading files to the server can take quite awhile sometimes. But that's not really a major problem.

I would recommend this host to anyone looking for shared hosting.
