Switching from HostMonster to SingleHop is the best decision made so far. I have been using their service for 6 months now and I am very pleased with the performance of the servers. I have 2 high traffic sites hosted on their servers and the speed is just incredible, always consistant and never experienced any slowing down. Support is excellent too. I have called few times for some recommendations and minor glitches and their response was quick. They are willing to go through the process step by step with you. You won't be disappointed.

I have had a managed server over at Singlehop for over a year now. So far I am very pleased with their service and haven't experienced any big issues. One the best things about them is the excellent client control panel with its window like interface. You can do pretty much everything there from admin to customizing and uploading. You can even submit ticket from there which I always do whenever I have problems. I have so far submitted more than 10 tickets and all of them were responded within an hour max, average is only about 15-30 minutes and they solved all my problems everytime.
