I have been using Rackspace for 2 years now and they have great service. I was with several hosts in the past and Rackspace is the best so far. The whole package is excellent, from tech support to server reliability. I was impressed by their willingness to even resolve small problems which weren't their fault. You pay a bit more for Rackspace but you get what you paid for and they will always keep you happy.
