Signed up with purple-paw on a reseller account after problems with another host

Length Of time with host:
Just over 1 year

Support Rating - A
Excellent technical support day or night, staff are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist.

Network Rating -A
Very little downtime in a year and all planned downtime is notified well in advance.

Value For Money - A
Excellent, good price and well woth it when the support and network are taken into account.

Other Comments:
Highly Recommended.
