I've always found Nativespace's service to be reliable and helpful. I've been with them for almost 4 years now and have two websites with them. Thoroughly recommended.

Nativespace have been hosting my site for a few years now and I have no complaints. The turn-around for support is excellent, not that much needs doing most of the time. The cpanel interface is really easy to use and gives loads of flexibility - the email, simple websites and the more complex stuff is easily managed through this system. These guys will even help you out if you run into real problems that you just don't understand - in my case normally user too stupid errors!

We're a small E-Commerce business thats been trading for 4 years. We signed up with Nativespace on recommendation and had nothing but good support & service from them since day 1. Tech support is quick and sensible. Restoring backups is done without question when we muck it up at our end. Just good, sensible and solid which is what you want as a small business really.

If you want reliability, minimum downtime at a reasonable price these are the people to go with. We have been hosting our site with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems. Their customer support setup is great. I have forgotten passwords on occasion and was able to retrieve them with the minimum delay. The customer support guys always get back to you within a few hours. I would highly recommended nativespace to anyone looking for web hosting solutions.

Have been using these guys for the last 7 months or so. Really good service, never had any problems with downtime etc. and they usually get back to you very quickly if you have any problems. Highly recommended.

I've been using Nativespace for just over six months having used them in the past. I was very happy then and I'm equally happy now.
The service is excellent with no down time so far and customer service is great - very friendly and professional. It's refreshing to find a company that actually puts the customer first and seemingly drop everything to help me out.
Overall they offer a great service and great value for money. I'm happy to stay with them and will use them again in the future for other websites.

I've been using these guys for a couple of years now, just for my own little music website (check out my stuff!)

I'm not a technical person and they were really good setting up the domain name and stuff for me.

They even helped me with the design of my website, at no cost(!), when I had some problems and it's really easy to maintain your website using the control panel (CPanel).

I've lost my login password a couple of times and have actually managed to speak to a human being over the phone (not an Indian call centre thank god! No offence....)

All for the princely sum of £3.99 a month! Top guys.

This is a truly dreadful webhost. They cannot be trusted and are very dishonest. Their service is poor and their attitude towards their customers is rude, offensive,unpleasant and very unprofessional.

They are useless as an under water barbeque and I would warn anyone thinking of paying their hard earned money to these people to put it back in their pocket, you may as well throw it in the fire. It is a terrible company, I am surprised they have any customers at all considering how bad their reputation is.

Nativespace are noting more than a bunch of crooked con artist fraudsters.

After a very frustrating year of trying to host my websites with these horrible muppets I tried to transfer my hosting to another company.

They prevented me from transferring my websites and have essentially stolen them. To add insult to injury they illegally retained my credit card information and made fraudulent charges on my card.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A BUNCH OF CRIMINAL CON ARTISTS MASQUERADING AS A WEB HOSTING COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
