I used to rate them highly before but it seems that their service has not been so good lately. I don't like how they dealt with my complains especially putting the blame back on me for things that they weren't very sure of. Support is also very slow. Time to move to another host.

I have been using their service for about a year now and although there's not much to like about them, there's also not much to complain about them. Server speed and availability is good. I have only experienced 2 downtimes so far and they were sorted out very quickly. The only thing is the lack of phone support but they attend your problems within an hours which is quite good.
