Inmotion is great to deal with. From signing up to getting tech support, everything is very professional. The tech support people actually talk to you and try to understand what your problem is or what you trying to do. They also know their stuff well, unlike some host I have used in the past where their tech support just gave simple answer.

Downtime never happened so far after 4 months of hosting. Server speed is acceptable although not amazingly fast. So far I am happy with Inmotion and would recommend it to anyone.

I have 2 of my customers' corporate sites hosted at InMotion. They are really good for business sites. Support is always there when I needed. Never experienced any downtime at all so far after about 6 months. Highly recommended.

Bad live chat support! Put me on hold for more than 30 mintues without coming back to me! Sometimes in support ticket, they ask me to rectify the problem myself instead of solving for me! If that's the case, why the hell do I buy their plan without any support? Irresponsible web host!
