I have been a customer with ICDSoft for a little more than 2 years now and I think they are probably one of the better web hosts out there. There was only 1 downtime throughout my 2 years with them and it lasted less than 5 minutes. Tech support is top notch. I have never waited for more than 30 minutes to get a reply, usually takes only about 10 to 15 minutes. And their tech staff are highly skilled and they always give good solutions to problems. They even helped me root out a problem with a script that slows the website down occasionally instead of playing the blame game like many other hosts that I have used before over the past. A very good host and I would highly recommend it.

They are perfect for shared hosting.

Have about 40 sites with them. They have servers in Hong Kong (original), then US, latest in Germany. The latter requires payment in Euros, elsewhere US$, but same amount - I'm based in UK but US site works fine, German site is considerably more expensive.

Their support is indeed amazing - any time of day, a polite and accurate answer within minutes. They also have no issues moving sites (e.g. from US to Germany, when the speed improvement was required) and even deleting a site but parking the domain (i.e. merging sites).

They don't register country specific domains such as co.uk - so have to register elsewhere and set nameservers.

Best web hosting service I ever dealt with. Been using them for all my clients for almost 3 years and only 1 major outage which wasn't their fault.

Prices are awesome, hosting is reliable.

The best thing about them is their support. Completely email based, but every reply has been responded to in no later than 10 minutes with a polite and complete answer. No snarky replies, just professionalism like you'd expect.

Definitely give them a try - best used for small to medium sites where your setup is pretty typical since its a shared environment.
