I paid for a year of hosting in advance for site migration but my current host does not use CPanel so Green Geeks had no idea how to migrate my site. I ended up spending a few weeks doing it myself and when they failed to answer questions, I realized I did not have the time to do myself so I asked for a prorated refund and they outright refused even though they never provided hosting and they never migrated my site as per the agreement.

They were unbelievably rude and after checking with the BBB, I realized they have refused refunds for prepaid service to others as well. My advice, NEVER, EVER pre-pay to Green Geeks. They have no problem keeping your money whether they have provided a service or not.

I had to write you because I see you don't have an option to review Green Geeks on your site. I have to tell you that I have been so happy with them, I'm actually making sure that the hosting review sites are aware of the amazing customer service, the friendly technical support, the ease of transitioning my site to them and the comfort I have knowing that every little bit I can do to save the earth for my kids counts. That's why I chose Green Geeks, as they are a truly green company. It's hard to save the environment and save money in your wallet at the same time, but with Green Geeks prices and their promise of the carbon footprint work they do, it's impossible to go with any other host. This is the long-term home for BabyShoppingSites.com. It's so nice that I am referring moms to a website that is helping sustain this planet for their kids.
