I have been using them for very long period of time and I have nothing bad to say about their services. Support is really great, servers have never went down. I have no idea which techniques they use to organize everything. I'm customer of them and they seems make me happy.

Fast reliable service. Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 2 minutes of posting. The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.

I have been using Gigapros's Personal Plan - 2 for over 1 year. What I want to recommend to others is their customer service. Every time I got some questions, I ask them online, no waiting times, there is always some one waiting there online to help us, it's just amazing.
Particularly impressed with the live chat customer service support - extremely helpful.
They are very keen on maintaining their level of service, security, and professionalism. Like I said, I like them.
Thank them a lot.

Hi,

my name is Artem and I would like to say a few words about Gigapros web hosting services.
I'm a beginner and needed things explained to me in more detail and it was not a problem for them at all, so I felt confident to go ahead. Particularly impressed with the live chat customer service support - extremely helpful.
Their plans are quite cheap when you figure what you're getting for them.
Their VPS hosting service is perfect.. They are very keen on maintaing their level of service, security, and professionalism.

I am happy using Giga Pros web hosting services.
I run many web sites on their dedicated servers and everything works perfect!
I have NEVER had such a high level of support from a company before. These guys bend over backwards and go out of their way to assits.
The response times are lightning fast (the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other bigger companies can take 7-14 days to reply). The only reason I have contacted support is due to questions about setting things up (and not due to server issues, as I have not found any yet).

Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, nice control panel with a load of features.
Highly recommended.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am being a Gigapros customer.
I work in technology and collaborate with lots of other vendor support people, and never have I been so impressed with the response and quality on their support.
Their dedicated server hosting service is superb!
I have contacted their support on a number of occasions with a variety of different questions, and all of them have been sorted within the hour, first replies have been within 10 minutes on some instances.

Absolutely GREAT customer service! I love being able to chat with Gigapros 24/7 support with almost immediate response. No waiting for a "ticket" to be responded to on most minor issues.

Also, practically NO down-time. All maintenance is down in off-peak hours.

They upgraded the quality of my server WITHOUT raising my prices! It's much faster!

haven't been aware of any outages. good work!

Gigapros's uptime is outstanding and the host places emphasis on systems administration. The add-ons work a high percentage of the time.
This is the best solution for your money. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
I haven't had single problem yet. They were quick to answer my technical question. I highly recommend their services.
