I'm a web designer and I have tried many different hosts. Some experiences were really bad and some were good for awhile but turned bad as well. Then I gave Fatcow a try. Happy to say that they do a really good job. Their support is brilliant. There is always someone attending to my calls. They also refunded my money when I cancelled some of my clients' accounts with them. No dramas at all very honest. So far, I'm very happy with Fatcow.

I am currently using FatCow and I am really please with their support. I had an some script issue yesterday and I sent a support ticket at 9pm. At 9.10pm I got an automated response saying that a technician will attend to my problem within an hour. Just 3 minutes later I received a detail solution to my issue. Yes it's not peak hour and the tech department is probably light on work but that shows that their 24 support is real and not just a marketing gimmick.

Pricing wise they are pretty good too and I have never experienced any major issues with their servers. Fatcow got the thumbs up.

bought their original fat cow plan. been great since! and it's cheaper than my previous web host. i think i have made a good move. cross my fingers. support is not bad, but at least better than my old web host.
