Terrible service right from the start. Applied for a shared plan and my account took so long to get activated. Not only that, email service didn't work and that was another few more days before I could send receive emails. Support was horrid. Not helpful at all and it didn't really matter if they had a 24 hour support as they were not much help anyway..

Stay away.. I have seen moved to other host and life has been much easier.
