I have nothing but good things to say about these people. After going through at least half a dozen hosts in just a couple of weeks, Bodhost blew me out of the water. They are affordable, dependable, have great software. Transferring was easy.
I submitted a ticket and the money was refunded to my PayPal account with in a day or two. The support was prompt, courteous and helpful.
In conclusion, I would like to say that they are good, highly recommend you to host with them if your other hosting is giving you a hard time. Or if you are starting now, even better; you won't even know what "hosting problems" mean.

Since the time I hosted my website with Bodhost - reliable, honest and competent company, I have never had any troubles with network uptime and my sites are always online.
Skillful 24/7 support team is always willing to help. I have some scripts hosted there and everything is working well. As to the speed connection, I should say that it is fast.
There are so many useful features which are included into the hosting plans. A periodical checking is done to the server by the administrators so that the server never crashes. Good backup of data is also maintained.
In conclusion, I wanna thank its team for providing me with great services.
It is good and reliable host.

Best hosting provider I have ever seen, their servers are very fast, reliable and cool support. I've had questions that were answered and fixed within minutes, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck... and they seem to be available almost all the time.
The pricing offered by Bodhost is competitive - you will get what you pay for.
They have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown 5 times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and I must say: always with excellent service and response times.
Excellent support, excellent response times...I would highly recommend them.

I have had a VPS at bodhost for 2 months now.
Setup took about 8 hours and pricing is reasonable from what it looks on the page.

I have their "Linux VPS Corporate" package which is supposed to have burstable RAM of up to 4GB. When I started using my VPS I realised it had no burstable RAM whatsoever. I contacted them, and they told me not to worry. I left it 2 days, still this was not fixed. After about 10 tickets and hours on the live chat, they finally tell me that their nodes do not support burstable RAM and said they would remove it from their website. A month later their website has not changed, and people are still not getting all of what they pay for.

Their online support is always there, but they are useless and cant fix most things.

Ticket support is slow, and it takes ages for things to be fixed.

I can't complain about uptime, as far as I know their network hasn't gone down yet.

My conclusion about this host is that if you don't know much about how to run and setup a server, don't bother with bodhost. Any problem you have, you are better off sorting out yourself as the support is so useless. Once everything is setup and sorted, it is ok.

I give this host an overall 4/10 rating.
