I am using their VPS server. Connectivity is very good. I have been using them for few years now and uptime is not 100% but very close.

Technical support is great. They usually respond to my ticket within 10-20 minutes which is very quick. They also helped me install a few softwares requested which is good.

I had to move server a few times and all were done without any major issues apart from a database problem which they helped rectify.

Price wise, not the cheapest in the market but I'm happy with what they offer.
